An Amazing Penthouse Condo with Stunning Ocean Views. Views of Lands End, the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez, the beaches, and city view of the town of Cabo Lucas. All from the balcony and the private roof deck. A beautiful community clubhouse, fitness gym, with an absolutely magical infinity pool.
This is shared accommodation in my Penthouse Suite Condo. I rent out two guest suites in my 3 bedroom ocean view condo. One Guest Suite has a Queen Bed and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The other Guest Suite has two single beds also with its own private en-suite bathroom with shower. Both have key locking doors and the condo complex has 24 hour gated security with street visitors parking. The condo is short 5 minute drive or Uber ride to downtown. It is close and easy walking access to a lot of different restaurants. A great place for cool people only! Couples, Solo Adventurers, Musicians, and Business travelers or those working online.

Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is close to the busy downtown core, yet far enough for quiet, peaceful enjoyment. It's a five minute walk to Costco. It's close to Walmart. Easy access to Uber, taxis, buses. The local buses are easy to access and inexpensive.

Additional
This is shared accommodations. You will have your own private room with private en-suite shower. You will have complete access to the fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, patio and roof deck, as well as access to the facility pool, gym and club house. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo and you will be sharing with myself and possibly one other guest.

I am available to help you feel comfortable in an unfamiliar place, with tips of restaurants, food, hiking, excursions, activities.
Deposit
The total amount of the booking is required to be paid in full at the time of the booking reservation.
Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy.
You will have 5 days from the date and time of your arrival to cancel your booking to receive a 100 % refund of your deposit. After that you will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee and refunded the rest.

Don was an incredible host. Enough reviews have been written about his views so I'll spare that aspect. From check in to check out, Don and his condo delivered a great experience. I was in Cabo while working so Don's amenability to let me work and enjoy the entirely of his space was much appreciated. His condo was impeccably clean, spacious and comfortable. I was able to use the pool and gym every day with no problems. I got a chance to know Don and he showed me around the neighborhood which had some amazing places I never would have found to eat. It was a pleasure being a guest in Don's home and I'd certainly come back the next time I'm in Cabo.

Outstanding place, very clean, Don do everything so we felt comfortable and we can use anything on the place. Nice location since you have everything pretty close. (Costco, coffee shop, downtown on 5 min) The pool it’s pretty good place for chilling since it have a great view. Don it’s a great host, and great person. Great chat and jam, since a pretty good musician.

The view from both Don’s deck and the pool are to die for. Every place Don recommended for food was delicious and great value. He’s lived in Cabo for five years so he has some pretty good tips. Location is ideal as it’s between downtown and the good beaches, so everything is about a $2-$7 Uber ride away. The apartment is beautiful

The two twin beds are very comfortable, the towels provided are super plush, the amenities of the pool and lounge area are outstanding! The view is the best part!! The location is also ideal as it’s a short Uber ride to town but nice and quiet at night time.

One of the nicer, cooler apartments I have stayed in and in the perfect location (IMO). Cheap <5 minute uber to downtown. Close to the nicer beaches up north ... a million dollar view. Wow, if I could give Don’s place six stars I would!!! Fantastic condo, sparkling clean, great location and fabulous hosts. The apartment was even better than I was expecting and exceptional value for money. Great pool and facilities are on site. Located five minutes from down town it’s a $4 Uber fare (I never waited for more than five minutes) There are also a couple of very nice cafes/restaurants close by as well. I would thoroughly recommend this home and will be returning for a vacation next year. Great host, very knowledgable and helpful with all aspect of the booking. I usually only do a couple of days in one place before moving on but made an exception this time. Great location and great facilities. Great hosts, already planning to stay with them again next year
